Local Businessman host radio show for Charities

Greg Childress, a local businessman and community supporter has created a radio show, Small Business Fridays, that will air Friday mornings at 10am on WPSL 1590AM. The focus of the show will be to discuss local business trends, topics and issues that affect local business owners.

In addition, several individual shows will be devoted entirely to promoting local non-profit organizations. Agency leaders will be invited onto the show to discuss what they do, who they serve and provide more in depth discussion about their organization.

On October 30, Thom Jones from the Education Foundation of St. Lucie County and Stacy Malinowski from Mustard Seed Ministries will join the show to talk about their organizations. Jones will provide information on their 25th Anniversary event on November 7th and Malinowski will talk about Thanksgiving and the SLC Community Feast. Other non-profits who will be participating on future shows include: The Boys & Girls Club of St. Lucie County, Life Builders of the Treasure Coast, HANDS and the United Veterans of St. Lucie County.

For more information about the show or any of their guests, please contact Greg Childress at 772-577-6035 or 772-215-4153.
